Sylvia joining Law Offices of Fuqiang Zhang PC

Sylvia has been with Geng & Associates, P.C. and partnered with hundreds of clients, addressing their legal questions about immigration, and real estate and commercial disputes. We are still evolving. We are excited to announce that Sylvia Tsai, Esq., along with her team, including Andrew Solomon, Esq., Kevin Chu, Esq., James (Yu-Cheng) Hsieh, Esq., as well as several law clerk and paralegals, will join the Law Offices of Fuqiang Zhang P.C.(FZ Firm), a full-service firm in New York City.

Visa Talk at Pratt Institute

Sylvia Tsai was invited by Prof. Nina Edwards as a guest speaker at Pratt Institute to enlighten students about the pathway to obtaining working visa in the US. Her presentation encompassed various topics such as visa types, legal considerations, and practical steps to enhance success. The students were captivated by Sylvia's expertise, which not only equipped them with essential knowledge but also encouraged them to pursue their artistic passions in NYC.

Appointed Youth Advisory Committee

Sylvia was appointed as a committee member of the Youth Advisory Committee under Executive Yuan, Taiwan. With her appointment, Sylvia brings her wealth of legal expertise, international experience, and passion for empowering young minds to influence decisions that shape the future of Taiwan.

Global Young Entrepreneur Stars

Sylvia as the partner of her firm was selected as the 2022 Global Young Entrepreneur Stars hosted by Overseas Community Affairs Council.

Sylvia is appointed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council of Taiwan as the Associate Advisor. When accepting the certificate, she remarked, “With the COVID comes to an end, I hope to bring the Taiwanese youth community together with more in person interactions.”
